Managers will now have a dedicated Team Goals tab in Carolina Talent:

The new Team Goals Dashboard gives managers a real-time, visual overview of their team’s goal activity throughout the performance cycle:

• Goal Completion widget — See the percentage of completed goals across your team

• Goals Status widget — View team goal distribution by status: New, In Progress, In Review, Completed

• Automatic updates — Dashboard refreshes instantly as employees create or update goals
