Edit Existing Goals

Edit the title, description, or weights in your individual goals.

Go to the Goals menu page → hover over Performance → Goals.
On your My Goals page, select the My Goals tab or Team Goals if you’re a manager.
Locate the goal that you would like to edit and click on the downward arrow.

Select the Edit option to make your desired changes. You can edit the goal title, description, dates, weights, type etc.
Once you have finalized the edits, click the submit button.

If you are editing your own goal, your manager will need to approve the new edits, please refer to steps to submit a goal for approval.

Edit Draft Goals

Delete Goals in Draft Status

Only goals that are in Draft Status can be deleted in Carolina Talent.

Select the goal that is on Draft Status and click on the downward button and select Delete.

Cancel Active Goals

Select the goal that you would like to cancel and click on the downward button and select Cancel.

Once the goal is cancelled, it will be removed from your primary view and archived, however you can display any cancelled goals by checking the box titled "Display Cancelled" under the current period button.

When canceling your own goals, it will require manager approval. The status will change to “Pending Cancellation Approval” until your manager approves. Then the goal will be removed from your plan.
Cancelled goals will show up on a review with the yellow banner stating they are cancelled.
