Launch Off-Cycle (Review/Employee Competency Assessment)
To get started go to Performance → Performance Documents → Launch Review
Next, select who the review is for, select Someone else, and click on the User field
to select the user. The Select User window will populate. Click on the name of the employee to add them to the review.
