How to Launch Off-Cycle Task

Launch Off-Cycle (Review/Employee Competency Assessment)

  1. To get started go to Performance → Performance Documents → Launch Review

  2. Next, select who the review is for, select Someone else, and click on the User field to select the user.

  3. The Select User window will populate. Click on the name of the employee to add them to the review.

  1. Next, select the type of form you would like to use.

    • Off-Cycle Review 20XX-20XX

    • Off-Cycle Competency Assessment

  1. Complete the required fields for the review: Title/Reason, Expiration Date, and the Review Period.

  2. Click Launch to generate the Task.

  1. You will be re-directed to the Performance Document Task Summary page to launch the off-cycle review.

  2. Finally, click on the title link of the document to launch the task.

The off-cycle review and SHRA Competency Assessment task has only two steps.

  1. Manager enters review.

  2. Employee acknowledgement.
