Employee Snapshot (view goals, previous documents, and more)

The Snapshot page is part of Employees' Profile, and it enables users to view Goals, Development Plans, and Performance Document information. Managers and PM Reps have access to view employees' snapshot.
Go to Home → My Profile/Team → Snapshot
Select the Snapshot tab at the top of the page to easily access Goals, Development Plans or Performance Documents.
If you are a manager, you can click the View Team button to see the same information on this page for any of your direct and indirect reports.
The Performance Document tile on the Snapshot page will show historical performance documents for the last 3 years.
Goals via Snapshot
Use the Snapshot view to quickly access your goals or your team goals.
Click the Goals tile to view the current goals, create, update and more. For detailed, step-by-step guidance, visit the https://uncch-hr.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CTPHUB/pages/65110486 page.
Development Plan via Snapshot
Use the Snapshot view to access the Development Plan menu.
Click on the Development Plan link to update the current plan, view the current progress, and more.
Click on the Create New Plan button to create a new plan.
Performance Documents via Snapshot (Current & Historical Documents)
To access historical performance documents from the past three years, utilize the Snapshot view feature.
From your employee's snapshot, click on the Performance Documents tile.
A list of the employee's performance documents will display.
To download the document, click on the title of the document.
