My Profile provides quick access to the organizational chart, transcript, goals, development plans and performance documents. Everyone can see their own profile. Managers can also see the profile of their direct and indirect reports.
There are multiple ways to access the Profile & Snapshot pages.
From the Carolina Talent welcome page, select the My Profile/Team tile.
From anywhere in Carolina Talent, hover over Home and select My Profile/Team.
Bio
Home → My Profile/Team → Bio
On the Bio page you will see your job information along with an area to add “About” details if you choose. You’ll also see an organizational chart that shows your direct and indirect reports.
View Team
If you are a manager, the View Team button will allow you to find a team member and view their Profile or you can select their name in the organizational chart.
The organizational chart is derived from the reporting relationships listed in Connect Carolina. Reach out to your HR representative to enter a personnel action if the listed employees are incorrect.
