Navigating Though Carolina Talent Performance

Homepage Navigation
The Welcome page or Home page is where you find access to performance, learning, my action items, and pending performance document task.
Use the header to navigate through Carolina Talent Performance no matter where you are in the Carolina Talent site.
Hover over Home and click on Welcome or click on the Carolina Talent logo to return to your dashboard.
Hover over the header to select from the navigation menu.
Performance Homepage
Go to Performance → Performance Homepage
The Performance Homepage is where you can easily manage everything performance. Access all your pending task by clicking on Performance Documents icon, view your active goals, view historical documents, and more.
To see if you have any pending tasks – go to the Performance Management home page to see if there are any pending tasks in the Pending Performance Document Task widget. A maximum of ten tasks will display, view the complete list on the Performance Documents page.
Goals Menu
Performance → Goals
Use the Goals menu page to view, create, and track individual goals for yourself and your direct reports.
