Go to Performance → My Goals to edit, cancel or delete goals for yourself. If you’re a manager go to

Edit Existing Goals

Edit the title, description, or weights in your individual goals.

Go to the Goals menu page > hover over PERFORMANCE and click on GOALS→ hover overPerformance → Goals.
On your My Goals page, select the My Goals tab or Team Goals if you’re a manager.
Locate the goal that you would like to edit and click on the downward arrow.

If you are editing your own goal, your manager will need to approve the new edits, please refer to steps to submit a goal for approval.
