Go to Performance → Goals
My Goals will populate automatically. If you are a manager, you will have a Team Goals tab.
Use this page to view, create, and track individual goals for yourself and your direct reports.
View Team Goals
Go to Performance → Goals → Team Goals tab.
Use this page to view, create, and your direct reports goals.
Add Comments to Goals
Find the goal you want to add a comment to in Carolina Talent. Next, click on the arrow down icon and click on the Add Comment link to expand the text box.
Type your comments in the comment box and click Add to save the comment.
