You are required to submit a Help Desk ticket to delete/remove task. Please follow the instructions below.

Task can only be deleted for the following reasons

  • The employee is out on extended leave.

  • The employee separates from State employment prior to the end of the performance appraisal cycle (March 31).

  • The employee is no longer performance eligible.

Follow the instructions provided below to submit a help desk ticket.

When Should I Submit a Help Desk Ticket?

Help desk tickets should be submitted for the follow reasons:

  1. Unable to access Carolina Talent

  2. Requesting an enhancement of Carolina Talent

  3. Request for Service

  4. Request Co-Planner

  5. Reopen Task

  6. Request a Report

  7. Other


How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

  • Additional fields will populate for you to complete in the Request Type.

  • In the Additional Information field, type the specific details about your request, including the employees' name, PID, and any additional information that can help fulfill your request.

  • Once you are finished, click the blue Submit button on the bottom of the page.
