You are required to submit a Help Desk ticket to delete/remove task. Please follow the instructions below.
Task can only be deleted for the following reasons
The employee is out on extended leave.
The employee separates from State employment prior to the end of the performance appraisal cycle (March 31).
The employee is no longer performance eligible.
Follow the instructions provided below to submit a help desk ticket.

How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

Go to Carolina Talent service request - Performance Management.
Complete the Customer Information section
In the Ticket Details section, select a Request Type from the drop-down menu.
Additional fields will populate for you to complete in the Request Type.
In the Additional Information field, type the specific details about your request, including the employees' name, PID, and any additional information that can help fulfill your request.
Once you are finished, click the blue Submit button on the bottom of the page.
