Yes. Employees and managers can update goal progress at any time from the Goals module at Performance > Goals. Performance → Goals. Go to How to Edit, Cancel or Delete Goals to learn how to update your goals. If an employee edits the details of a goal, then an approval will be sent to the manager. If it is a progress or comments update there is no approval required. |
